no advertising, no website...not a way to run a business

There is a house on Forest Ave in Medford that has been on the market for at least six months. I cannot even find it on realtor.com under the sales, and it's only picture on the rental site is of the Lake Pine sign. I have tried to find RH Mosier's website to find out more about this property, and apparently one doesn't exist. If the owner's of that house are paying this guy anything, they are getting ripped off. I shouldn't have to do that kind of digging to find a price of a house that he's responsible for advertising. Incidentally, in reference to the previous discussion, the military housing office doesn't just stop permitting someone to advertise with them without an investigation. I'm sure some people have had good experiences with Mosier, but if they have thrown him out, someone had a legitmate complaint.

Run the other way!!!

I was six months pregnant! My husband and I were both in the Air Force. We rented a townhouse for 1200 a month. The staff at R.H. Mosier were rude! They always had bad attitudes and were never willing to help....
